I can’t express how great the service is at this establishment. I was in braces for many years and Dr. Brown and the staff there made the process so much easier. If you’re thinking about getting braces, do it…and this is the place to go!

Learning that I had to get braces as an adult was not great, however Paventy & Brown made the experience incredibly pleasant. I'm so happy with my experience at Paventy & Brown that I would happily recommend them to anyone. Dr. Paventy was very caring and knowledgeable about orthodontics. The staff are the upmost professionals and scheduling, check-in, and payment was easy. Thank you everyone at Paventy & Brown for your care!!!

Dr Jeni was great. She is kind and personable, and did a thorough job at checking a permanent retainer (on short notice) that was giving me trouble. I left without any issues. I will be back to see her whenever needed!

My daughter's experience has been awesome. They even come over from Eugene to Florence. The girls are always nice and Dr. Brown is nice and thorough.

Paventy & Brown Orthodontics has the kindest workers! I have always had a good experience going in for appointments. If there are ever any needs or concerns you have, they are excellent at communicating with you to figure it out! I highly recommend!

I have nothing but praise for Dr Hagee, Madison, Wendy, & Naylee (sorry if I spelled your name)! For a family of 3 all with braces we have felt embraced as part of the P&B family!!!! Any problems are rectified rapidly. They care for their patients and you are a person in their presence and not a number. I highly recommend P&BO for a consult or even having braces! Again I have nothing but high praise! They offer services in Independence, Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, & Newport.Love you allShawn

Hands down one of the best orthodontist in all of Eugene. If you need braces, Invisalign, or any other cosmetic dentistry, then Paventy and Brown Orthodontics should be at the top of your list. The staff are extremely detail oriented and will make you feel like an actual person, not just a number being shuffled around. Additionally, they’re always helpful if you have any questions, and of course very polite. I had my Invisalign done by them, it was a seamless process, even after I lost my first set of retainers the staff at Paventy and Brown helped me right away. Truly not a single complaint!

Both of my boys have been treated by Dr Paventy and his associates. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

Went in for a replacement retainer & all of the staff was very helpful & friendly. Got my replacement in a week, was happy with how quick & easy the process was. Definitely recommend!

I'm an adult patient; decades of horrendous TMJ pain sent me to Paventy & Brown, where I was lucky to encounter Dr. Bahnson. He knows an incredible amount regarding TMJ pain (anyone's who's dealt with it firsthand knows that TMJ disorder is like a plague--nobody wants to touch it!). I was very impressed with Dr. Bahnson's knowledge about the condition. His orthodontic care in the months that followed was exceptional. In the best way, he is very Type A, detail-oriented--which is EXACTLY the type of person I want when it comes to aligning my teeth and bite!The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and talented (shout out to Karen at the front desk!). The interest-free financing is very helpful and appreciated. My braces were removed after about 12 months; I can say that the orthodontia helped considerably with my TMJ pain. I am VERY pleased with the results and deeply grateful to Dr. Bahnson. I recommend this wonderful office without reservation!

Paventy & Brown is an amazing office! We were on vacation and my son had a wire tearing up his check. They got us in the morning I called and were so welcoming and kind. It’s so wonderful to find a place where people are willing to go above and beyond for someone that they probably won’t ever see again. If that’s how they treat strangers, imagine how they must treat friends. Thank you all so much for your kindness, it saved our vacation.

This place totally helped us out of a real pinch today. We were in Newport visiting (we live in Bend) and my husband’s permanent retainer suddenly broke during our trip (be careful with toothpicks apparently!) It was literally dangling off one tooth and totally broken off the other one. Anyway we called this place with no idea what to expect, and they were able to see us as basically walk-ins and help take care of the problem in a matter of minutes. They saved the day for us! Thank you!

Paventy and Brown has been a pleasure to work with. Staff is wonderful and always willing to make something work for our two boys schedule. YES…. We have two boys in braces with Paventy and Brown, we have been with them for 6 years and have about 5 more years to go! I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

I was referred to this office by my mom who had my brother and sister get braces here so it only made sense to get my children’s braces here too. In 2020 my two boys got their braces and from beginning to end the experience at Paventy & Brown has been amazing. I just got my daughter started on braces in March too. They have always worked with me and been so kind. I also love that they have locations all over. If an appointment didn’t work out for me at one location I was always able to find one in Corvallis or Lebanon. I highly recommend them for braces!

I can’t rave enough about the professionalism, and competence that is apparent when dealing with Dr. Brown and his staff at Paventy and Brown. His work is thorough with attention to details, and a desire to have the end result of orthodontic care satisfactory to the patient. His team provides ease of scheduling, friendly atmosphere. Billing/payment process was clear and discussed in the beginning with no surprises. Cost was fair, and they even gave a multi kid discount (yah for moms of multiple)!

I came in to get my permanent retainer fixed. They were able to get me in quickly and did a great job getting it attached. The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. My ortho journey has been done for a while, but I look forward to coming back if I need anything fixed. If our children ever need anything I. The future they will be my first choice.

We've been absolutely thrilled with our experience at Paventy and Brown's Orthodontics, North Albany location! The entire team, from Dr. Bahnson to Deb (the office manager), Kristy (up front), and all of the techs, are simply wonderful. They are some of the kindest, most down-to-earth people you could ever hope to meet. The office itself is warm and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience.What really sets this place apart is how incredibly kid-friendly it is. The prize wall, tokens, and fantastic rewards—like seasonal drawings—make it so much fun for our little ones. I went in to Paventy&Brown to get a permanent bar retainer that had broken, removed. From going in and explaining what I needed to checking out at the end, the friendliness and helpful attitudes were never ending. I am so happy with the help and care I received, it was a very relieving and smooth experience and their warm professionalism was very appreciated. Good job yall being amazing! Well if only 10% of parents write a review in here and each pays on average $6K for orthodontic services, that brings us at $16 Million? Would be interesting to see how many hours of missed curriculum, all these consultations represent as well for children. Just saying.

I recently came home from college and needed a new retainer. The team at Dr. Paventy's Corvallis office was amazing! Julie, Dayna, and Sherri were incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Paventy and his staff are top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. They always make me feel prioritized and like they genuinely care. Super friendly staff. The gal who works at the front desk and who's name starts with T always does an amazing job representing them as a friendly and professional place.. Special shout out to her. Although having braces can not be fun, they make it feel like I'm supported and encourage me to get through it.
