Today my daughter had an ortho apt at the office in North Albany to have her braces removed. Her experience was great as usual and her smile looks beautiful but what is prompting me to write this is the patience and the care that I saw the Dr Bahnson and the North Albany team exercise with a different patient. There was a child in the office who was disabled and agitated and the ortho team was beyond kind and understanding. They took their time, communicated each step to the child, and showed so much empathy. While my daughter’s teeth look beautiful and I would recommend Paventy & Brown on that alone, what I witnessed today makes them a phenomenal practice in my book.
