Honestly the clinic in Eugene is genuinely amazing. We’ve been battling when to start our daughter treatment and they were patient and helped us work through it without being pushy. They are amazing specifically Allison is amazing she walked us through all finances and treatment plan so throughly and even tried to help lower our payment she made the experience to personable like it was my best friend I was talking too. I truly appreciate this approach. 💗

We take both of our kids to Dr. Harmon and they just adore him. He is genuinely interested in each kid and gets to know each of them individually. He is kind, patient, warm and great with children and adults alike. We have one kid in braces and one that’s still being routinely checked. We absolutely NEVER felt pressured or uncomfortable when we started the process. They advise and don’t push. They have great payment plans and staff that is always eager to help and listen to your concerns. They are always warm and welcoming and my kids like going there for any and all appointments. The office culture is like that of a family and my kids seem right at home while they’re there. They are professional and great at what they do! We couldn’t imagine ever going anywhere else for our orthodontic needs.

Everyone at the office has always been very friendly and welcoming. From the first appointment on, they have also been very open and willing to share the best financial options as well as what will be best for your teeth. This is a great place to go to!

They made it so easy and straightforward to get invisalign! I’m a college student and pay for it myself, P&B set me up with a payment plan and have been super helpful every step of the way!

I have been going to Paventy and Brown for 10 years. I can't believe it. I have had a few different orthodontists over those years. All were nice to me and they all knew their stuff. I think out of everyone, I have appreciated Dr. Harmon most of all. He is down to earth, friendly, and almost always has a light conversation with me. I have trusted how they went about working to make my teeth straight and whenever I had a problem, I could get in immediately to take care of it.The one thing I would like to say is that whenever my treatment was over for that particular time, most doctors never said goodbye or thanks for using them or had any conversation with me. They just walked out. I know they are busy and I appreciate that. I imagine they don't do that with kids, at least I hope not. But it didn't feel good when they did that. So, if I can give some advice to all the doctors, please treat every person, adult or child, with consideration and even if you are busy, take a moment to look them in the eye and let them know you appreciated getting to know them even just a little. It will go a long way. Thank you.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional.Bri was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable as she did the imaging, she answered all my questions and reviewed procedure costs. She said she would send information to my Dentist and she did it that same day.Dr. Bahnson was great and he explained available options in an easy to understand way.This was my first appointment and I was 100% pleased.
