My son had a severe overbite which has been corrected thanks to Paventy and Brown! Their staff is friendly and patiently answered the 1000 questions I always ask, and all the people we worked with shared their own experiences with braces, retainers, and the Herbst appliance. Clean facilities, little to no waiting time for appointments, promptly returned messages. No complaints about the service, and best of all-straight teeth! Would recommend!

My daughter had a great experience with Paventy & Brown Orthodontics. They were very responsive to our needs and even 2 years after her braces came off, they are ready to help us with broken retainers as needed! Thank you!

I originally had my braces done at this location back in 2012 through 2014ish when this location was under a different practice, well fast forward a little over 10 years and I noticed one of my permanent retainers was coming loose! I called to see if they had my old records or if they didn’t if they knew who did/ what I should do. Not only did they pick up as soon as I called (no annoying phone tree to go through!) but they were able to pull me up super quick and they got me in the same day! When I came in for my appointment everyone was super kind, I was a little nervous going in just because it’s been so long, but everyone was great. They pulled me back early, did the repair, answered all of my questions and let me know that I can always call if anything comes up or if I ever wanted to remove my permanent retainers and switch to the removable kind, which I didn’t know was an option I had! I’d 100% recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic work ☺️

Paventy & Brown Orthodontics has the kindest workers! I have always had a good experience going in for appointments. If there are ever any needs or concerns you have, they are excellent at communicating with you to figure it out! I highly recommend!

I have nothing but praise for Dr Hagee, Madison, Wendy, & Naylee (sorry if I spelled your name)! For a family of 3 all with braces we have felt embraced as part of the P&B family!!!! Any problems are rectified rapidly. They care for their patients and you are a person in their presence and not a number. I highly recommend P&BO for a consult or even having braces! Again I have nothing but high praise! They offer services in Independence, Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, & Newport.Love you allShawn

Hands down one of the best orthodontist in all of Eugene. If you need braces, Invisalign, or any other cosmetic dentistry, then Paventy and Brown Orthodontics should be at the top of your list. The staff are extremely detail oriented and will make you feel like an actual person, not just a number being shuffled around. Additionally, they’re always helpful if you have any questions, and of course very polite. I had my Invisalign done by them, it was a seamless process, even after I lost my first set of retainers the staff at Paventy and Brown helped me right away. Truly not a single complaint!

Both of my boys have been treated by Dr Paventy and his associates. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

We were on a vacation at Newport and my teenage son with braces had one of his brackets pop out. We called Paventy & Brown and they took us in immediately and fixed it for us. They were very very cordial and helpful. I highly recommend them.

The whole team at Paventy & Brown are so kind and welcoming! My consultation with Dr. Bahnson was great, really appreciative of how he pays attention to detail and lets you ask as many questions as needed. As an adult with braces it can be a tiny bit embarrassing and they make me feel comfortable! 10/10 recommend Paventy & Brown! 😊

Talk about straightening & brightening your smile! Dr. Harmon is not only knowledgeable but his right hand Melinda is very helpful and insightful and the whole staff is a joy to work with.I have had a couple of things that have prevented the usual treatment routes, but Dr. Harmon has found ways to work with me and make the needed corrections happen via accommodations. They have also worked with me on short notice dental appointments many times and made sure I was dentist ready. Thanks for brighten my smile and my days Paventy and Brown 😁.

Paventy and brown constantly goes above and beyond to make sure our 3 childrens needs are met. They are always willing to work with us on our payment plans as well as giving us flexible appointments dates. The staff are always very kind knowledgeable and friendly. I always leave feeling heard and satified with our treatment plans. I strongly recommend them if your looking for orthodontic needs for yourself or children.

The North Albany office is amazing. They are always able to work around my family’s hectic schedule to get my kids in to be seen. And the people are top notch, so friendly and always there to help. If you are in need of orthodontic care, I wouldn’t look anywhere else!

This practice is amazing! We were visiting from out of state when my son had an urgent problem that needed immediate attention. We just walked in hoping they’d be able to help and they took care of him as if he was one of their own patients. They relieved his issue promptly and expertly, and were so kind. Really good people at this practice. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly staff and quick to get us in.We had some scheduling hiccups recently and the team at Paventy and Brown were super accommodating and worked to get us in quickly. Fantastic communication and follow through from start to finish.Our daughter needed braces a few years ago and they took great care of us then. Here we are a few years later getting fitted with a new retainer and it felt like we picked up right where we left off. Highly recommend these people for your orthodontic care.
