I originally had my braces done at this location back in 2012 through 2014ish when this location was under a different practice, well fast forward a little over 10 years and I noticed one of my permanent retainers was coming loose! I called to see if they had my old records or if they didn’t if they knew who did/ what I should do. Not only did they pick up as soon as I called (no annoying phone tree to go through!) but they were able to pull me up super quick and they got me in the same day! When I came in for my appointment everyone was super kind, I was a little nervous going in just because it’s been so long, but everyone was great. They pulled me back early, did the repair, answered all of my questions and let me know that I can always call if anything comes up or if I ever wanted to remove my permanent retainers and switch to the removable kind, which I didn’t know was an option I had! I’d 100% recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic work ☺️

The office staff are friendly and professional. Our family had a great experience!! It’s so convenient to have their office come to coast! They really worked with us financially, too!! 5 stars for sure!

They’re amazing, my son lost his retainer that cost $450 that I can’t afford it and they kindly gave my son anther one for free. I strongly recommend them

Paventy & Brown was the first orthodontist I’ve been to in Eugene and I am very pleased! My bonded retainer broke and they got me in as soon as possible and fixed it for me without having to replace it completely. They were very nice and very quick! My retainer is fixed and smooth and I am happy. I would recommend!

Paventy & Brown Orthodontics has the kindest workers! I have always had a good experience going in for appointments. If there are ever any needs or concerns you have, they are excellent at communicating with you to figure it out! I highly recommend!

I have nothing but praise for Dr Hagee, Madison, Wendy, & Naylee (sorry if I spelled your name)! For a family of 3 all with braces we have felt embraced as part of the P&B family!!!! Any problems are rectified rapidly. They care for their patients and you are a person in their presence and not a number. I highly recommend P&BO for a consult or even having braces! Again I have nothing but high praise! They offer services in Independence, Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, & Newport.Love you allShawn

Hands down one of the best orthodontist in all of Eugene. If you need braces, Invisalign, or any other cosmetic dentistry, then Paventy and Brown Orthodontics should be at the top of your list. The staff are extremely detail oriented and will make you feel like an actual person, not just a number being shuffled around. Additionally, they’re always helpful if you have any questions, and of course very polite. I had my Invisalign done by them, it was a seamless process, even after I lost my first set of retainers the staff at Paventy and Brown helped me right away. Truly not a single complaint!

Both of my boys have been treated by Dr Paventy and his associates. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

This is the orthodontic office I go to and it is truly amazing everyone is so kind and they always respect your choices and listen to what you have go say. They let you make every choice and don't do that annoying thing when they try to make you do something even when it's clear you dont want to.

Talk about straightening & brightening your smile! Dr. Harmon is not only knowledgeable but his right hand Melinda is very helpful and insightful and the whole staff is a joy to work with.I have had a couple of things that have prevented the usual treatment routes, but Dr. Harmon has found ways to work with me and make the needed corrections happen via accommodations. They have also worked with me on short notice dental appointments many times and made sure I was dentist ready. Thanks for brighten my smile and my days Paventy and Brown 😁.

We had a wonderful experience at Paventy and Brown Orthodontics! My daughter had braces there and the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The staff was so kind and welcoming — they made her feel completely at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and the level of care was top-notch. We couldn’t be happier. Five stars all the way! Today my daughter had an ortho apt at the office in North Albany to have her braces removed. Her experience was great as usual and her smile looks beautiful but what is prompting me to write this is the patience and the care that I saw the Dr Bahnson and the North Albany team exercise with a different patient. There was a child in the office who was disabled and agitated and the ortho team was beyond kind and understanding. They took their time, communicated each step to the child, and showed so much empathy. While my daughter’s teeth look beautiful and I would recommend Paventy & Brown on that alone, what I witnessed today makes them a phenomenal practice in my book.

The North Albany office is amazing. They are always able to work around my family’s hectic schedule to get my kids in to be seen. And the people are top notch, so friendly and always there to help. If you are in need of orthodontic care, I wouldn’t look anywhere else!

The entire team at Paventy and Brown is A-mazing!!!! They are fast, professional, flexible and so friendly! They treat us like family and it’s always a comforting and fun experience being in their office. I had a really wonderful experience with Dr. Paventy and his team. They went over and above to make sure that I had the correct positioning for my teeth, since I would be needing some restorations done after Dr. Paventy was finished. The final result turned out amazing, and I am so thankful for all that Dr. Paventy did for me!
